It's just getting started...This is turning into one of the hottest seasons yet as far as drama is concerned.
First this week, Amanda brings Aaryn's racism straight to Aaryn. Telling Aaryn she should be careful with what she says because it is rubbing some people the wrong way. Aaryn asks what exactly she is talking about. Amanda recounts a conversation that was going on the night before that included Helen, Andy, Howard and Candice. Amanda explains that Candice is a bit perturbed about a comment Aaryn had made about the black and white fish in the HOH fish tank. Aaryn apparently made a comment about the black fish being at the bottom and the white fish being at the top, and that even fish understood proper segregation. Aaryn immediately turned defensive and said that wasn't what she meant at all, she was just saying the fish stayed in those places for camouflage reasons. Amanda seemed to be trying to treat Aaryn with kid gloves, telling her I know that's not how you meant it, but that's how it is coming across. As a friend, I am just trying to help. In the end Aaryn made herself the victim and Candice the guilty party and just trying to start something out of nothing. Aaryn claims that her comments are nothing more than jokes that could be compared to blond jokes and those don't offend her. At the end of this conversation Amanda was no closer to showing Aaryn the light than when she started.
It also appears another blindside is in order and may not exactly turn out the way it was originally planned with Elissa going home. It seems Helen and Andy are dead set on keeping Elissa in the house and will stop at nothing until they ensure her safety. On the other hand the Moving Company is determined to vote her out. When McCrae finally convinced Amanda to vote with Jeremy and vote Elissa out, it was like the final nail in the coffin and her fate was sealed. But of course this is the Big Brother house and we are of course to expect the unexpected. And remember, that no one's game is over until the votes are cast. Between Helen and Andy, they figured to have for sure votes of Andy, Judd and Candice. Things trust wise have gotten a bit shaky this week for them with Howard and Spencer, and for good reasons. Judd started getting friendlier with Jessie, and after a conversation with Jessie and Elissa, Jessie was on board to vote Nick out. They now had four secured voted and just needed to get McCrae and Amanda back on board. Amanda was easy to convince. McCrae, being with the Moving Company, was more difficult. As Wednesday night drew on, it appeared that Amanda's power of persuasion may have won McCrae over. As of 3am, this morning, McCrae is saying he will vote Nick out, in essence keeping Elissa safe another week. Again nothing will be for sure until the votes are given but we just may have a new come back kid in Elissa. What do you guys think, will this really happen, will she be saved again? Tell me your thoughts in the comments.
